Pyramid
There is an ancient Slavic tradition of creating sacred geometric structures from stalks of rye and wheat; they are called Spiders. Traditionally, they were made before Christmas and burned a year later. Spiders were supposed to decorate the house and cleanse it of negative energy by absorbing everything superfluous into its web.
The big Whole consists of small complete parts. The Great Pyramid is built from small pyramids according to the fractal principle of self-similarity. Symbolically, each of us is an integral element; joining together, we form a great Whole.
The audience will have the opportunity to learn and create a small straw pyramid that will become part of the Great Pyramid.
The project was created to live the experience of co-creation and transformation.
The Pyramid installation will remain in the gallery space.
